My design fees
Let's cut to the chase.
Simple fixed fees from £60
I charge fixed fees depending on the service you require:
£60 for a price comparison design or sense-checking
£395 for full design and ordering support
£45 for any additonal work required to create bespoke kitchens from off-the-shelf products.
My fee includes an initial briefing call, a series of drafts and a set of notes for your fitter to follow.
I don't like to keep my clients waiting so I can often get your first draft back to you the same day!

A 1980s Overhaul
This 1980s home was being fully renovated by the new owners. Knocking down a wall between the kitchen and dining room created a long but relatively narrow space to play with.
Originally the house was entered through the dining room but we reoriented the room so that the kitchen was north facing and the dining end looked over the garden.
This involved moving the stopcock, water supply and waste but was ultimately worth it as it meant french doors could be installed where the stopcock previously was.
Three microwave units were used to create the open shelving and the reduced depth bookshelf was a neat use of space where the door would open.
Upstairs, two built-in closets were knocked through, a window added and the space used to create an ensuite with a generously sized corner shower.

Bathroom design is £395 or half price for kitchen design clients.

Analysing your proposed plans to improve the function and flow of your home.
Space planning is available as part of a kitchen or bathroom design or as a standalone project.
Space planning is bookable in 2-hour blocks for £60.
