How my online kitchen design process works

One of the first things people ask me is, "How does it work?"
Here is how we get from your initial ideas to a fitter-ready plan.

Book your design slot

The first step is to secure your spot. Book your online kitchen design consultation using my calendar, this secures your space in my diary.

Briefing questionnaire & invoice

The briefing call is where we’ll sit down (virtually!) to discuss your style, your kitchen renovation budget, and how you need your space to work. This is usually just a 20-30 minute phone call, but we can do an online meeting if needed.

With all the information needed gathered together, I will make a start on your design and aim to have the first draft to you by the end of the day. I will likely send you a few options at this stage and you can pick which one you want to proceed with.

Briefing Call & First draft

You can then provide me with feedback such as swapping or adding in extra features, or request advice on reducing costs. I will revise your plan to a maximum of 5 for a kitchen, 3 for a utility room and 2 for a bathroom. Additional drafts can be purchased if necessary.

Revisions & refinement

Once you’ve booked, you’ll receive an email link to fill out a quick briefing questionnaire. This is where you tell me all about your space, your style, and any "must-haves."

I'll review your details to confirm the final project fee (for example if you want to add a utility room) and send over your invoice approximately 2 weeks before your appointment.

Once you’re 100% happy with the layout, I’ll produce a document which lays out your kitchen design for you or your fitter to check over - this part is crucial.

Once you are happy the design will fit the space, your basket will be ready for you, all you need to do is hit 'checkout'!
